Teenager dies in Antrim moped crash

A teenager has been killed in a moped crash in the North.

It happened on the Carntall Road in Newtownabbey, Co Antrim, last night.

It is understood the 17-year-old boy was riding alongside another moped when the collision happened at about 10.15pm.

The 16-year-old rider of the second vehicle was taken to hospital but police say his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
