Property developer Owen O'Callaghan is giving evidence to the Mahon Tribunal today as part of its investigation into the Quarryvale development.

Rival developer Tom Gilmartin has claimed Mr O'Callaghan boasted about giving IR£80,000 to Bertie Ahern in return for supporting the development.
