Lisbon to top agenda as Martin meets EU counterparts

Ireland's rejection of the Lisbon Treaty will be top of the agenda today when Foreign Affairs Minister Micheal Martin meets his EU counterparts in Luxembourg.

The talks are expected to focus on how the EU can proceed with some of the planned reforms contained in the treaty.
