Suspicious package found at US Embassy in Dublin

Army bomb disposal experts are examining a suspicious package found at the US Embassy in south Dublin.

The package was discovered by a member of staff at around 10am.

Gardaí called in the Defence Forces' bomb disposal unit, but it is unclear if the device is viable or a hoax.
