The North's First Minister, Ian Paisley, has given his last speech as leader of the DUP.

Peter Robinson officially takes over the leadership of the party later today.

Last night Mr. Paisley addressed a rally of around a thousand people in Belfast.

He said policing and justice powers would not be devolved to the Northern Executive until the IRA army council had ceased to exist.
