Man pleads guilty to sexual assault on young relative

A west Dublin father who sexually assaulted a young relative while her parents were out has had his sentence adjourned to next December by Judge Frank O'Donnell at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

The 30-year-old father of one, who can not be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to six counts of sexual assault on the girl in the Finglas area on dates between February and August 2005.
