One injured in three-car collision

A woman has been seriously injured in a four-car road accident in Co Kerry.

The collision happened on the main Killarney to Tralee road shortly after 3pm.

The injured woman was rushed to Tralee General Hospital, where her condition is being assessed by medics.

A garda spokesman said the road remains closed until a full investigation has taken place.

Diversions are in place.
