A Polish national has admitted to the manslaughter of a man almost two years ago in Dublin.

A Polish national has admitted to the manslaughter of a man almost two years ago in Dublin.

Wojciech Kuzma (aged 29) with an address at Sackville Court, Blessington Street, Dublin 7 pleaded guilty to unlawfully killing Mr Alan Barbour on June 22, 2006.

Kuzma's guilty plea came after a jury had been sworn in for his trial at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

Judge Tony Hunt remanded him on bail and adjourned sentencing to a later date.
