20% of young drivers admit drug driving

New research reveals that 20% of drivers under the age of 35 have admitted driving under the influence of drugs.

The Hibernian Insurance study shows that drivers here blame other road users rather than accepting personal responsibility themselves for some of the problems on our roads.
