Minister says new bill will change face of broadcasting

Communications Minister Eamon Ryan says the Broadcasting Bill published today will significantly change the face of broadcasting in Ireland.

Under the proposed legislation, a single regulator would be established to oversee the independent broadcasting sector as well as RTÉ and TG4.
