Vintners to oppose reduction in drink-driving limits

The Vintners Federation of Ireland is expected to oppose calls for a reduction in drink-driving limits at its annual conference in Carlow tomorrow.

A recent survey by road safety campaigners found that 99% of people favour a reduction in the current blood-alcohol limit, while 59% favour a zero limit.
