12 year sentence for man who raped Polish woman

A man who repeatedly raped a married Polish woman in the grounds of a west Dublin church and school has been jailed for 12 years by Mr Justice Paul Carney at the Central Criminal Court.

Richard Finn aged 20, subjected her to over two hours of being raped on July 22, 2007 during which he used his mobile phone to photograph her. This phone was never recovered.
