Gardaí seek information following Waterford shooting

Gardaí are appealing for information about an incident in Co Waterford yesterday afternoon which left a man in his 50s with gunshot wounds.

The man, who is reportedly a well-known GAA figure in Waterford, was found injured by the roadside in Coolbeggan, near Tallow, shortly after 1pm.
