Bishop in talks about sex abuse claims

Bishop of Cloyne Dr John Magee was travelling to Maynooth today for talks over the handling of child sex abuse allegations.

A dispute erupted yesterday after the Catholic Church’s child protection watchdog claimed it did not receive full cooperation from the Diocese of Cloyne over allegations of abuse by priests.
