HSE investigating death in Kerry hospital

The Health Service Executive has confirmed it is investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a patient, following an incident in the psychiatric unit at Kerry General Hospital.

It's understood the male patient was found dead in a ward on Monday April 7.
