A 40-year-old man has gone on trial for the murder of his wife, Meg Walsh, in the Central Criminal Court.

A 40-year-old man has gone on trial for the murder of his wife in the Central Criminal Court.

Bus driver, John O’Brien with an address in Ballinakill Downs, Co Waterford denies murdering 35-year-old Ms Walsh on a date between October 1, 2006 and October 15, 2006.

The trial is expected to begin today before Mr Justice Barry White and a jury of seven men and five women.
