An international stenography company employed by An tSeirbhis Chuirte was criticised at the Central Criminal Court today by Mr Justice Paul Carney who said it should apologise to prisoners awaiting sentence.

Mr Justice Carney was forced to adjourn sentencing two Dublin men for stealing from foreign prostitutes and a Louth resident for attempted murder in Dundalk because he hadn’t received transcripts he had ordered.
