Trial of deaf man opens in Dublin

The trial of a deaf man accused of sexually assaulting his partner's friend after a New Year's Eve party at his house has opened at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court

The Dublin man pleaded not guilty through a sign interpretor to attacking the woman as she lay in bed in his young son's room on January 1, 2004.
