High Court freezes deportation orders against Nigerian woman

The High Court has this evening frozen the deportation orders issued against Nigerian woman Pamela Izevbekhai and her two young daughters.

Mr Justice John Edwards said the Justice Minister's decision, not to consider their applications for subsidiary protection on humanitarian grounds was irrational and lacking in transparency.
