Pearse Station closed due to storm damage

Pearse Station in Dublin was closed this afternoon due to storm damage.

The roof of the building was damaged by heavy rain and high winds last night.

The station is scheduled to be closed for the rest of the day, and commuters are being advised to use Tara Street or Connolly Stations instead.
