Dunne's Ballsbridge plan to go on public display

Sean Dunne's proposed high-rise development for the Ballsbridge area of Dublin is due to go on public display today.

The developer has received partial planning permission for the controversial development on the site of the former Jury's and Berkley Court hotels.

However, his application to build a 37-storey diamond-shaped tower was rejected.

Mr Dunne has vowed to appeal the decision to An Bord Pleanála and says he will not go ahead with the development unless he is allowed to build a massive tower on the €379m site.
