Tribunal accused of concealing documents from O'Brien
The Moriarty Tribunal has been accused of concealing documents from businessman Denis O'Brien for four years.
The inquiry, which is investigating the awarding of a controversial mobile phone licence in 1996, has recalled economist Peter Bacon to answer questions about a report he wrote surrounding the controversy.
The tribunal heard this morning that Denis O'Brien's legal team wrote six letters seeking information from the tribunal and Dr Bacon and none of them were replied to.
