Gerry Ryan and wife to separate

Broadcaster Gerry Ryan is to separate from his wife Morah after 26 years of marriage.

In a statement released through their solicitor, the couple say they remain dedicated to their five children.

They're asking that for the sake of their family the media give them privacy at this time.
