Gardaí free four in connection with Grand Canal murder

Gardaí in Dublin have released four men arrested yesterday in connection with the murder of Darren Guerrine last month.

The four have all been freed without charge pending instructions from the DPP.

Mr Guerrine, 21, was shot dead on the banks of the Grand Canal close to his home in Bluebell on February 18.

He was shot in the back of the head with a shotgun.
