Port tunnel builders to be sued over repeated problems

Two state bodies are reportedly suing the builders of the Dublin Port Tunnel over repeated system failures which they claim have led to frequent closures.

Reports this morning say the National Roads Authority and Dublin City Council have decided to take the action after a problem caused the tunnel to be closed for eight hours yesterday.
