The Irish Hospital Consultant Association are refusing to vote on new conditions offered by the HSE due to some discrepancies over details they say were agreed upon in recent talks but do not appear in the contract.

The Irish Hospital Consultant Association are refusing to vote on new conditions offered by the HSE due to some discrepancies over details they say were agreed upon in recent talks but do not appear in the contract.

The president of the association David O'Keeffe said today that some details which were agreed upon in late-night negotiations do not appear in the contract that has been offered.
