Pharmacists to take legal action against HSE

Pharmacists are to take legal action against the Health Service Executive as part of the ongoing row over the price paid for wholesale medicines.

Members of the Independent Pharmacy Ownership Scheme claim the HSE's proposals to reduce the price it pays to pharmacies will reduce their profits by up to 75%.
