IAA move could end Air Traffic Controllers dispute

Efforts are being made to end the air traffic controllers' dispute.

The Irish Aviation Authority says it will consider a formal agreement on overtime.

The dispute, which centres around staffing levels, has seen Cork, Dublin and Shannon Airports all hit by closures when air traffic controllers refused to work overtime.

The move to end the dispute comes ahead of official strike action which is set to begin on February 26.
