The fight against drugs will be one of the key issues on the agenda as political leaders from the Irish and British governments as well as other devolved administrations meet in Dublin today.

Taoiseach Bertie Ahern will host British Cabinet minister Paul Howard and British-Irish Council (BIC) colleagues from the North, Scotland, Wales, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
