Ahern's lawyers back in court over Mahon probe

Lawyers for Taoiseach Bertie Ahern will be back before the courts today as he fights to limit the work of the planning corruption tribunal.

The High Court has been asked to step in and prevent the Mahon Tribunal from questioning Mr Ahern about statements he made in the Dáil.
