Irish woman remains detained in Egypt
There has been no indication when an Irish woman being detained in Egypt will be released.
Treasa Ni Cheannabhain from Galway was arrested by Egyptian authorities after she entered Gaza illegally with her daughter.
She was allowed back across the border on Thursday following the intervention of the Department of Foreign Affairs and is now at border police headquarters.
Speaking from Egypt Ms. Ni Cheannabhain said: "It has to be President Mubarak, I think, that will give the word to open the international border. They said it could be a few days, it could be a week, they're not sure."
