220 people are being laid off at two separate locations in counties Monaghan and Tipperary.

After 360 pharmaceutical job losses in Arklow on Tuesday, today's news of 220 at Meriott Radiators in Clonmel and Grove Turkeys at Smithborough Co Monaghan is a serious confidence blow.
