Nineteen First World War hand grenades were found today during renovation work on a house in one of Dublin's most upmarket neighbourhoods.

Nineteen First World War hand grenades were found today during renovation work on a house in one of Dublin's most upmarket neighbourhoods.

A Defence Forces spokesman said the devices, discovered at an address in Heytesbury Lane, Ballsbridge, have been given the all-clear by the army's bomb-disposal team.
