Schoolgirl sent for forward for trial

A 15-year-old schoolgirl, who allegedly attacked a neighbour by beating her head with a brick, has been sent forward for trial to the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

The girl had been charged at the Children’s Court with assault causing harm to the woman, who is her neighbour, in Blanchardstown in Dublin, on a date in January, last year, when she was aged 14.
