McGrath welcomes cystic fibrosis plan

The plan to fast-track six single rooms at St Vincent's Hospital in Dublin within 10 weeks to cater for cystic fibrosis patients has been welcomed by Independent TD Finian McGrath, but he has repeated his demand that a dedicated unit be established as a matter of priority.

The rooms will be on St Marks ward, and will be followed by a further eight single rooms by the end of the summer
