Gardaí find car used in 'Viper' crime-boss shooting

Gardaí investigating the attack on Dublin criminal "The Viper" have found a car they believe may have been used in the shooting.

Martin Foley was gunned down in broad daylight yesterday afternoon as he sat in his car on the Lower Kimmage road in Dublin.

The 55-year-old was shot a number of times in the head and chest, outside a gym in south Dublin shortly after 3pm.

He was rushed to St James' hospital, where he remains in a stable condition.

It is the fourth time Martin Foley has been shot.

Gardaí are continuing to appeal for information and witnesses are being urged to contact them at Crumlin Garda Station.
