Elderly woman dies in Kilkenny house fire

An elderly woman died in a fire at her home tonight.

The blaze broke out in the house in Viper, Kells in Co Kilkenny shorter after 6pm. The 92-year-old woman was taken to St Luke’s Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
