As many as 1,500 jobs could be lost in north county Dublin, amid fears that Aer Lingus is about to end its maintenance contract with SR-Technics.

It is feared the company, which is the successor to Team Aer Lingus, could be about to lose the contract, when Aer Lingus reviews its position at the end of this month.
