Talks are due to take place this afternoon in an effort to resolve a dispute involving air-traffic controllers at Dublin Airport.

The workers have begun a boycott on overtime to protest at what they say is a "chronic" staff shortage.

The Irish Aviation Authority has warned of possible delays as a result of the action, but services are understood to be operating normally this morning.

The authority is due to meet the IMPACT trade union this afternoon to try to find a resolution.
