Commissioner does not expect charges against Lynn

The Garda Commissioner says he does not expect charges to be brought against fugitive solicitor and property developer Michael Lynn so he can be extradited back to Ireland.

Commissioner Fachtna Murphy says criminal charges are a matter for the Director of Public Prosecutions, but he does not think the DPP will follow this route.
