Motorists to be informed of M1 driving times

A new scheme to inform motorists of estimated driving times is being introduced on the M1 motorway north of Dublin this morning.

Roadside signs will tell drivers how long it should take to get to the Dublin Port Tunnel, Dublin Airport, Drogheda and Dundalk, based on the driving times of the motorists who have gone before them.
