Study highlights lack of staff at State Forensic Lab
A government-commissioned study has reportedly found that crime detection in Ireland has seriously suffered because of poor resources at the State Forensic Laboratory.
The facility is the only one in the country to which gardaí can submit samples of drugs and DNA to be analysed.
