FG criticises Government's failure to introduce new drink-driving limit

The Government is coming under pressure today regarding the delay in reducing the legal blood alcohol limit for motorists.

Minister for Transport Noel Dempsey says a lower limit will definitely be introduced in 2009, but Fine Gael TD Fergus O'Dowd says this delay is unacceptable.
