The debate over the new EU Reform Treaty referendum is underway.
Minister for European Affairs Dick Roche says we must vote "yes" or else the progress of Europe will be restricted.
Mr Roche says Ireland either allows the EU to reform its decision-making procedures or else it will just stagnate.
The Anti-Treaty Organisation "Libertas" says such claims by the Government are nonsense.
The referendum on the new treaty is expected to take place some time this summer.
