Concern is growing for the safety of a 41-year-old Dublin woman who has been missing since New Year's Eve.

A major search operation is underway after Rosanne Kenny, from Kilmacud, disappeared while on holiday in Galway with her husband.

She was last seen driving a green Mazda 626 near Renvyle at around noon on Monday.

She is described as 5'1" in height, of average build, with short, dark hair.

Her family says she may require medical treatment.
