Gardaí appeal for help in Drogheda murder probe
Gardaí investigating the murder of Darren McKeown in Drogheda have launched an appeal for help from the public.
The 29-year-old died in hospital yesterday, after he was found unconscious in the driveway of a house in Rowan Heights on St Stephen's Day.
Five people who were arrested in connection with the killing have since been released without charge.
Superintendent Gerry Smith said: "There were a number of people in the area at the time of the attack who may have seen something."
