Labour slams move to push through co-location provisions

The Labour Party is criticising the Government for trying to push through legislation relating to co-location on the back of emergency efforts to close off a legal loophole.

Minister for Health Mary Harney is seeking to pass emergency laws that will close off a loophole which could leave the legal status of 19 health bodies in question.
