Pair in court facing ATM fraud charges

A man and a woman are to appear before a special sitting of Athlone District Court this morning in connection with an investigation into ATM fraud.

They were arrested in the town on Friday night at around 11pm when Gardaí in Athlone were called to Marduke Street where a number of people were seen acting suspiciously near an ATM.
