'Out of control' youth detained for nine months

An out of control 14-year-old boy, who has been involved in a spate of trespassing and burglary offences, has been detained for nine months by Judge Ann Ryan at the Dublin Children’s Court.

During one incident the boy had stolen a patient’s handbag as she was being treated in a clinic.
