Solicitor Lynn fails to turn up for cross-examination
Solicitor Michael Lynn has so far failed to turn up to be cross-examined in relation to allegations of multiple mortgaging against him.
Senior Counsel Paul Byrnes has told the court he received a text from Mr Lynn last week stating that he no longer wished to be represented by the barrister.
But Mr Byrnes has told the President of the High Court that he wants to formally apply to come off record/be withdrawn.
The court has heard that no notification of intention to change legal representation has been filed.
